Small bits of drop out throughout. USS Constitution (Old Ironsides). Two red tugboats and a Coast Guard boat nearby. Gangplank hoisted and dropped. Helicopter hovers over harbor. Onlookers line dock. Ship moves away from wharf under escort for turnaround.
